What to expect:

Guided Nidra Meditation is an incredibly ancient practice with tremendous healing benefits. Studies show that 30-40 minutes of Nidra Meditation is equal to 4-8 hours of sleep.

Deeply heal your body, mind, & soul on a cellular level + journey through the states of consciousness while remaining awake & aware.

The Community Meditation Experience is hosted by Teale, an International Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Intuitive Guide, and nourishing space holder. After spending the last two years living in Bali, she now offers both online and in-person sessions, specializing in Restorative & Yin Yoga, Guided Nidra Meditation, & Intuitive Readings. Teale’s classes are comforting, enlightening, & deeply relaxing.

Teale is an International Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Intuitive Guide originally from Sonoma County, California. She spent the last 2 years exploring various healing modalities in Bali and is excited to share these magical + healing practices with her community.

Teale specializes in the art of Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Meditation. Nidra Meditation is an incredibly ancient practice that calms the nervous system to support deep inner healing.
