You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating if you are in any doubt. Teale may offer suitable modifications or adjustments and practices to suit different levels of experience and ability. Your participation in any session is voluntary and therefore any advice provided by Under the Moon with Teale LLC is followed at your own risk. You must understand that Under the Moon with Teale LLC is not qualified to offer specific medical advice. Please check with your GP if you have difficulties or concerns about starting a movement practice with Under the Moon with Teale LLC.
