It’s time to start expressing yourself.. in a new way, like never before.

The new earth is here, and with it comes the call to step fully into your purpose, into your light, and into your life.

October brings with it a fresh new energy. A new era is ushering in, and it’s all about self-expression. Stop looking to the person next to you, stop trying to do something the way someone else does.

It’s time to let your freak flag fly (as I love to say).

We are being asked, collectively and individually, to start showing up as our true selves. Not tomorrow when it feels safer, but today.

Because the longer we hold ourselves back, the longer we delay what’s meant for us.

If you don’t fully express and embody who you really are, the right people can’t find you.

And yes - I know it’s hard to get past the fear of judgement, of potentially losing someone or something in your life.

But the cost of dimming your light is even greater.

Whatever you lose by fully expressing yourself was never meant for you in the first place.

The longer you hide your authentic self, the longer you delay happiness, alignment, joy, freedom, and the right people from coming in.

So you might be asking yourself: how can I start showing up more as myself?

The simple answer is: just do it. Do it scared. Do it messy. Do it anyways.

“Courage is having fear but doing it anyways.”

Self-expression looks different for everyone. It’s unique to each person, because each person is unique.

It starts by doing the very thing you’ve been avoiding doing that’s outside your comfort zone. Saying the brave thing. Wearing the bold outfit.

For some, it looks like the clothes you wear, the colors you love, or the way you speak.

For others it shows up as dancing, writing, pottery, arts and crafts, decorating your home, or even what you choose to share with the world.

So take a deep breath and ask your soul: What have you been too afraid to express? How have you been holding yourself back?

It’s time to be brave.
It’s time to be bold.
It’s time to express yourself.
